We all are very much familiar with the word "Naan". Every culture and region has its own name for naan. Some call it flatbread, some call it naan or roti. Like in Persian language bread is the word they used to associate with naan. They have their associations with it. But this Asian bread word was for the first time mentioned in 1300 AC by the famous Indian poet and musician Amir Khusro. However, the origination of it is certainly older.
